A design background, MBA and operational experience have helped me master both divergent and convergent aspects of successful innovation and growth. And play a strong part of the LEGO turnaround to becoming the most powerful global brand* and #1 in CSR**.
One the divergent side I have built a solid foundation in framing new opportunities and new consumer value propositions. And delivered them through graphic-, product- and experience design and cross-functional leadership. On the convergent side, I have led insights, digital marketing and -transformation to deliver and adapt to new markets and consumer needs.
More recently, my focus has shifted to leading, bridging and balancing both across the organisation. Initially by defining and executing the strategy for engaging consumers, employees, customers, NGOs and the media in our sustainable materials mission. And now accelerating growth and value creation through diversity, inclusion and people innovation.
