Culture structures our identity and affects our behaviours and cultural diversity provides an understanding, makes us accept, and even to some extent, integrate and assimilate other cultures. Cultural diversity has become very important in today’s world. Culture is the instrument which we evaluate everything around us, appropriate or inappropriate, good or bad, but does it have to be only this? Can’t we use culture and especially cultural diversity for a greater benefit?
Cultural diversity, is the key to unlock new sources of knowledge, a gateway to new opportunities; our cities, schools, workplaces are immersed in various cultures, our chances of interacting with various beliefs, races, ethnic groups, is far greater than ever before. But first we have to consider and acknowledge the richness brought by cultural diversity, understand the importance of it in order to elevate our life.
Why not se culture to uplift our future and our success? Why not change our cultural and subconscious patterns to acquire greater efficiency? Why not enforce cultural diversity to reach professional and personal achievement?

Ms. Dalila NAJIB is Consultant in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. Her areas of expertise are: Strategic and Operational Marketing, Public Relations, Crisis Communication, Brand Management and Advertising, Education and Training.
She Graduated from Sunderland University with a bachelor degree in Business Information Technology; she pursued a master’s degree in International Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University, a master’s degree in Political Communication at Versailles Saint Quentin University, Paris. She is currently undertaking a PHD in Territorial and Place Branding and Marketing at Versailles University. She is a certified Professor, in Cognitive Learning, from Columbia University.
Ms. Dalila Najib has held several positions as marketing, advertising and PR manager in several multinationals such as Samsung, Casanet subsidiary of Maroc Telecom. Currently based in morocco, she is a professor at SIST British University, ESITH and previously at ES.
