I work in a marketing department in-house where we often get a lot of requests for collateral/assets etc.
Requests are all done via email and we rarely get concrete briefs so it’s all haphazard and not efficient.
I want to create a simple request for work system – filling out a form that answers some simple questions that gets automatically sent to a shared inbox – to simplify the whole process.
Microsoft Forms seems like a good shout seeing as everyone is in the 365 eco-system, but does anyone else have any suggestions or tips?
