Around the end of March I’ve ran a few ads for a SaaS product. After running the ads my ad account was blocked.
Facebook suggested to contact their support but I’m getting the following message:
>In order to verify your payment method, please provide us with a bank or PayPal statement for your primary payment method. The statement should display the last 4 digits of the card ID or the PayPal email address and, if applicable, a charge from Facebook on the statement. If you have ever spent money on Facebook, we would expect to see a charge on the statement.
I tried to send them a bank statement but they did not accepted it. With my bank Revolut, a statement is tied to the bank account – not the card number (which means the card number is not on the bank statement).
As a result, I’m completely stuck:
– I can’t bring my ad account back in my standing as Revolut doesn’t have such a statement to move forward with the “Review”.
– I can’t use another ad account because “One or more of the ad accounts in your business manager are currently in bad standing or in review. All of your accounts must be in good standing in order to create or add new ad accounts.”.
– I can’t use a different bank since the account is disabled and I can’t update the “Payment Preferences”.
Did anyone had a similar experience? Any ideas how to get over that error?
